The Entrance beach is patrolled from October until April each year between the hours of 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays and all Public Holidays by volunteer surf life savers (and 9am to 6pm over the Christmas school holiday period).
A Wyong Shire Council lifeguard is on duty during the week.
We are very fortunate this year to have the assistance and support of the Central Coast Branch Office and the other Central Coast clubs in fulfilling our patrol requirements. This support has allowed us to reduce our rostered patrol hours for every member from 81-90 hours last year to around only 64 hours this year. Hopefully this will assist us in retaining existing members, bringing back past members and attracting new members to our club.
Thanks again for all the assistance provided by our fellow surf lifesavers.
Remember if you are unable to attend your rostered patrol you must arrange a substitute or swap with someone from another patrol.
